This retreat is a no-stress, non-judgemental environment inviting you to explore the joy of art. Learn experimental exercises that are intended to help you let loose and enjoy sketching, acrylic and watercolor painting, use of pastels, graphite and watercolor pencils, additive and reductive use of applied water mediums, collage with paper.
Inclusion of breathing, meditation, visualization and journaling will encourage and cultivate your creative side.
LisBeth will share techniques, that she developed in over 35 years of coaching, to help individuals “break out of the box”.
